1. General refund policy
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final.
1.1 No refunds on digital products
- Applies to scripts, calculators, templates, and downloadable AI tools.
- No refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, unmet expectations, or incompatibility.
- Please review product descriptions and requirements before buying.
1.2 Limited exceptions
We may issue a refund only if:
- You never received access due to a technical failure on our end; or
- The product is defective and cannot be used as advertised (subject to review).
To request a refund under these conditions, email hey@invertedstone.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment, a description of the issue, and any supporting screenshots.
2. Service cancellation
For services (e.g., AI consultation, integrations, custom solutions):
- Provide at least 60 days' written notice to cancel.
- Cancellations with less than 60 days' notice are not refundable.
- Email hey@invertedstone.com with subject “Service Cancellation Request,” your details, and reason for cancellation.
Eligible refunds for services are processed within 14 business days after approval.
3. Chargebacks & disputes
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence of delivery.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
- Please contact us first to resolve any issue.
